At Jacquard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
